This agency supplies original wines for Restaurant sEb, and also aims to help wine lovers to find some new and interesting vintages.Guy travels widely in order to select his wines from the better winegrowers of South Africa and Europe.
Since 2007, he has been concentrating more and more on Québec and Canadian vintages, which he would like to see appreciated for their true worth.
